Have you ever had the urge to create?
This is a constant feeling for me and this is why I have worked on several projects throughout my life that fills in those gaps. Here is a summary of what I call experimental life experiences and big accomplishments.
After working in Advertising for 6 years, I made the switch to explore the world of Consumer Products at Viacom. From 2009 until 2021, I managed all product development for brands such as Nickelodeon and MTV, from South America all the way to Mexico. My expertise varies from toy and premium design, fashion, accessories, back to school, publishing, home goods, health and beauty, food, to name some. For the last 10 years, my focus was mainly on promotions, assisting with consumer brands design and trend research.
LEADERSHIP ROLES: The Parenthood - Employee Resource Groups
In July 2021 I made a big change. My growth at my previous job became limited and it was time to explore a bigger bucket. Since August 2021, I have been working at ZAG Entertainment, where I was offered the role of Vice President of Product Development for USA and LATAM. In a matter of 5 months I had already trained over 300 licensees, lead the transitions from Agent2Agent and Agent2Direct models, transitioned all product approvals into a systemized process platform, and most importantly, began building a team of talented product development designers. From the beginning, I have been supporting not only the North American and Latin American region, but also Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia. After 7 months in the company, I was officially promoted to Global Vice President of Product Development. It has been quite an exciting ride being able to work with one of the most coveted kid's brand in the entertainment industry, Miraculous Ladybug & Cat Noir, getting to know in detail every character and working with incredible partners such as Playmates, Panini, Kid Robot, Cuetara, Ferrero, InSpirit, good2grow, Jay Franco, Little Brown, Basic Fun, Novabrink, Fotorama, Union Kids, amongst others.

The Trunk Show started as a one-time social project to give the opportunity to Nicaraguan entrepreneurs in the creative fields, especially fashion, a chance to expand and connect in the city of Miami. Today, this project is growing, and giving opportunity to brands from different countries. As a team and individually, we have been able to support start-ups in the fashion field and connect many people, which falls into our slogan “CONNECT, EMPOWER, EXPAND”.
Since little I have always been involved in social projects and charity work. This has helped shape who I am today where I believe it is our responsibility to create and maintain positive change in the world we live in.
I founded macco.grafika as my graduation project in college, always with one goal in mind: providing a high-quality, smart, and reliable creative service. As a graphic designer, my passion for creating started very early and my love for stationery was enhanced as I experimented with our family events. Being able to bring my creativity to life through invitations and stationery for parties and special celebrations every year was my favorite hobby, as well as my zen. This is why I want to extend my creative experiments to my clients, and make this experience as rewarding as possible.
I won the title of Miss Nicaragua back in 2004 and had the honor of representing my country at Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss Expo World. Soon I will tell you my story and my point of view about beauty pageants. Keep in touch!
12 years in the making and many more to come... this is us, my greatest treasure.
